INSTRUCTIONS FOR PLACING AN ORDER
- Get a Quote. You can E-mail service@nationalchangeofaddress.com or call (800) 383-2445 to receive your quote.
- Go to the Manuals/Forms section of the website and download the PAF for the service you are requesting, so we may begin to process your service.
- NCOALinkTM Processing Acknowledgment Form
- NCOALinkTM Full Service Provider Required Text Document.
- Most Commonly Used NAICS/SIC Codes
- Deceased Suppression Processing Acknowledgment Form
- Phone Append Processing Acknowledgment Form
- Complete the NCOALinkTM Processing Acknowledgment Form and Order Form and fax to (631) 293-9757.
- (If you will be using a service other then NCOALinkTM, or you will be using a combined service, you will need to fax all of the appropriate Acknowledgment Forms.)
- (If you will be sending a fixed fielded data file, you will also need to fax a file layout with the field definitions and lengths.)
- E-mail service@nationalchangeofaddress.com to receive instructions for File Delivery.
